Happy Thanksgiving from the Harwood Apartments.

A notice was posted to each unit yesterday notifying us that we have 90 days to buy the unit or move out as the recent purchase of the complex by an Iranian was for the sole purpose of converting the complex into condo's.

Looks like the house purchase is going to come sooner than expected.
